Privacy policy

Your data belongs to you. The short version: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and has no form to submit anything through. We only receive information from you if you get in touch yourself.

Last updated: 13 August 2026

1. Who processes your data

The data controller is SP Brand Dance d.o.o., Zagreb, Croatia.
Company registration number (OIB): 94803099299
Email: snjezana@brand-dance.hr

For any question about your data, write to that address and we will reply within a reasonable time.

2. What this site does not do

Starting with what is absent, because there is more of it than there is collection. The site sets no cookies, uses no Google Analytics or any other tracking tool, does not profile visitors, carries no advertising and shares nothing with advertisers. That is also why there is no cookie consent pop-up: there is no consent we need to ask for.

3. What we actually receive

Information reaches us in three ways, and in all three you are the one who makes contact first.

  • When you send an email. We receive your address and whatever you wrote. We use it only to reply and to continue the conversation about working together.
  • When you book an intro session. The booking button opens Google Calendar in a new tab. The booking happens on Google's pages rather than on this site, so Google's terms apply there. What reaches us is your name, your email address and the slot you picked.
  • When you visit the site. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, the same as any website, including IP address and browser type. We do not connect those logs to you and we do not use them to analyse traffic.

4. Why we are allowed to process it

When you contact us with an enquiry, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performance of a contract if the work goes ahead. For server logs the basis is legitimate interest, specifically keeping the site secure and working.

5. How long we keep it

Correspondence about an enquiry that did not turn into work is kept for at most two years and then deleted. Records of completed work are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Server logs are held briefly by the hosting provider under its own policy.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing. The only processors involved are the ones without which the site and the correspondence would not work: Cloudflare as hosting provider, Google for the calendar and business email, and an accountancy service once work reaches invoicing.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct anything inaccurate, have it erased, restrict processing, receive it in portable form, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Request any of these at snjezana@brand-dance.hr.

If you believe we are not handling your data properly, you can contact the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, Zagreb.

8. Changes to this policy

If the way the site works changes, for example if we add a form or analytics, we will change this page too and update the date at the top.
